3. Why This Matters

The Dictionary of Emotions represents years of research, writing, and curation. We welcome human readers, educators, and non-commercial users to benefit freely from our work. At the same time, we believe that large-scale AI systems using our content for profit should do so under fair licensing terms that sustain the project and respect the creator.
